Mindful March Reset: 7-Day Challenge


Join me for the Mindful March Reset, a 7-day journey designed to reset our mindfulness practice and reconnect with the simple, powerful actions that help us feel our best. Each day, we’ll refocus on intentional living and cultivate moments of peace amidst our busy lives.


What to expect:

  • Daily Meditation: Practice the short meditation recording I’ll share each day in Telegram (a free app) which will help you find a moment of presence in your day. 

  • Gratitude Practice: I’ll share a unique spin on gratitude that makes it even more impactful than we know it is. You’ll have the opportunity to share your gratitude daily.

  • Reset Action: Commit to one additional action that helps you reset from stress, like journaling, stretching, time in nature, connection with loved ones, movement, reading, etc. This action is chosen by you for you (of course I have some ideas too!) and it only needs to take you a moment to feel refreshed. 

  • Q+A: Ask Trish questions about your practice or any challenges you’re having directly in the chat and get direct answers - like personal mindful mentorship via chat!

 Reset, recharge, and realign with yourself in this simple, supportive challenge.
