How it works:

Mindful Workplace Training is a customizable and interactive series of 20 - 30 min. webinars delivered live.

Sessions can be scheduled at an interval of your choosing (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) and can be recorded for those who can’t make it live (because life and spontaneous meetings happen!).

Trish’s combination of teaching, practice and humour infuses these workshops with just the right amount of variation to keep your team engaged and learning.
