However, when faced with challenging circumstances, negativity, stress and anxiety, how can you cultivate optimism without 'toxic positivity'?
Research tells us there are some simple, quick strategies to help us do so. As our optimism increases, so does our unshakable mindset. We become resilient to navigate our challenges with more ease and positivity. Problems feel more workable.
In this experiential presentation Trish will share simple techniques to create a more optimistic mental state.
This session is designed for anyone (don’t we all want to feel more positive?) but specifically folks in high stress industries (educators, frontline workers, healthcare, law and finance, sales, etc.)
This session is also for teams who know that when they support individual wellbeing - they’re able to bring their best selves to work and truly thrive.
