Hi, I’m Trish.

I help high stress, service-driven organizations develop the competitive edge, by BUILDing AN UNSHAKABLE MINDSET FOR TIMES OF CHAOS AND CHANGE.

If there is anything we can count on it’s this:

Life (and work) is always changing and evolving. Just when we think we’ve got things dialed the way they are - - CHANGE HAPPENS. Along with it often comes stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, overwhelm and burnout.

And this state has become the norm for many of us.

BUT IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY.

After years of working in cultures where stress and burnout were the norm, I suffered a shocking loss and gained clarity: while stress in life is unavoidable, it doesn’t have to dictate our lives in the form of burnout and overwhelm.


My training highlights include: 

  • With a background in non-profit events organization, I have a deep appreciation for those working in high-stress environments.

  • Fundamentals of Coaching, via Co-Active Coaching

  • Science of Well-being, via Yale University

In the last decade I’ve taught over 10,000 people across North America simple strategies to build an unshakable mindset to thrive - to manage stress and experience more peace, wellbeing and fulfillment during the inevitable change and chaos life deals us.
