Today I want to share with you one of my favourite ways to remember why I meditate regularly, and a great way to stay inspired, entertained and learn something new while you're at it.

In no official order, here are my top three fave podcasts:

10% Happier with Dan Harris:

Funny, enlightening, scientific and hosts a range of guests from artists to judges to monks who meditate. If you're a meditation skeptic - this one's for you.

Tara Brach:

She's an author, teacher, psychologist and holds a Ph. D. Her content is relatable and always pertinent to our times. These podcasts often include a practice within them.

Metta Hour with Sharon Salzberg

The tagline? Where buddhist wisdom meets everyday life.

Sharon is a wise and gentle teacher. Her content is always helpful.
